Our pieces are handcrafted with care in Morocco and made to become a lasting part of your home. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials.

24-Month Limited Warranty

MoroccoBrass products are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, MoroccoBrass will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or another suitable solution depending on the circumstances.

What Is Covered

This warranty applies to manufacturing defects that affect the normal function or structural integrity of the product.

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Structural defects present under normal intended use
• Defective components identified during the warranty period

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage or changes resulting from normal use, installation conditions, improper care, accidents, misuse, or natural characteristics of handcrafted brass.

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, stains, or surface damage caused after delivery
• Improper installation, maintenance, cleaning, or handling
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning products
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by plumbing conditions, water pressure, mineral buildup, or environmental factors
• Natural aging, oxidation, patina, or changes in the appearance of brass finishes
• Minor variations associated with handmade production

A Note About Unlacquered Brass

Unlacquered brass is a living finish. Exposure to air, water, natural oils, humidity, and everyday use will gradually change its color and surface appearance. It may darken, develop spots, soften in tone, or create a natural patina over time. These changes are intentional characteristics of unlacquered brass and are not considered manufacturing defects.

The Character of Handmade Pieces

MoroccoBrass products are handcrafted by artisans in Morocco. Small differences in texture, engraving, hammering, dimensions, finish, tone, and other details may naturally occur from one piece to another.

These variations are part of the character of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique. They are not considered defects.

Repairs & Replacement Parts

We understand that products may occasionally require attention beyond a standard warranty claim. MoroccoBrass reviews repair requests and replacement-part requests on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the product, availability of components, age of the item, and nature of the issue, our team may be able to recommend a solution or provide suitable replacement parts.

Repair services or replacement components requested for situations not covered by the warranty may be subject to additional charges, including parts and shipping costs.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To help us review your request efficiently, please contact our customer care team and include:

• Your full name
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and affected area
• Additional photos or video if requested by our team

Warranty Resolution

Warranty claims must be reviewed and approved by MoroccoBrass before any product is returned, repaired, or replaced.

Depending on the nature of the confirmed manufacturing defect, the appropriate resolution may include replacement components, repair assistance, replacement of the affected product, or another reasonable solution determined by MoroccoBrass.

If the original product or finish is no longer available, MoroccoBrass may offer a reasonably comparable alternative.

Installation

Plumbing fixtures and other products requiring professional installation should be installed by a qualified professional and in accordance with applicable local requirements.

MoroccoBrass is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation, incompatible plumbing, improper modification, or installation practices outside the product's intended use.
